To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe the following house rules.

Occupancy: The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. All guests must be identified and included in the reservation in advance. Overnight stays or visits by unauthorized individuals or those exceeding the property's capacity are not permitted.

Guest registration and in-person check-in: After booking confirmation, guests must complete the registration form and submit an official photo ID for every guest in advance. Check-in is conducted in person by the responsible team, by prior arrangement.

Regular check-in hours are from 3 PM to 8 PM. For arrivals between 8 PM and 11 PM, an in-person check-in may be arranged with advance confirmation and an additional fee of BRL 150, payable upon arrival. Check-in is not available after 11 PM or during overnight hours.

Early check-in may be available from 8 AM, subject to advance request, availability and an additional charge proportional to the nightly rate for the arrival date.

Parties and consideration for others: Parties, events, gatherings with unauthorized visitors and activities that may disturb other residents or guests are not permitted. Condominium rules and quiet hours must be respected. Guests will be responsible for any fines imposed due to violations.

Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment, including conventional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and similar devices, is prohibited. Violations may result in additional charges for specialized cleaning, including odor removal and cleaning of affected rooms and items, based on documented costs of the necessary services.

Pets: A maximum of 1 pet per reservation is permitted, subject to prior approval. A pet fee starting from BRL 150 per stay may apply, according to the conditions provided at the time of booking. Pet owners must follow condominium rules and are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.

Linens and property care: The apartment provides bed linens and bath towels for up to 8 guests. Please handle linens, towels, blankets, furniture and equipment with care. Permanent stains, damage or items requiring replacement may result in additional charges following assessment and documentation of costs.

Waste disposal: Whenever possible, please separate organic waste from recyclables, following the available collection system. All waste generated during the stay must be placed in the appropriate disposal areas, including before check-out.

To prevent blockages and plumbing damage, do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary products or other objects down the toilets. Yerba mate leaves used for chimarrão or tereré, food scraps, cooking oil, grease and other waste must not be disposed of in sinks or drains. Please use the appropriate waste bins. Blockages or damage caused by improper disposal may result in charges for necessary repairs, based on documented costs.

Returning from the beach: Guests must use the building's service entrance when returning from the beach. Beach chairs, tables and other equipment used on the beach must be rinsed in the designated washing area before being brought into the apartment, to prevent sand and dirt from accumulating in the condominium.

Parking: The apartment includes a tandem parking space accommodating up to 2 vehicles, including standard-sized pickup trucks and medium-sized cars. Vehicles must remain within the designated parking area and comply with the condominium's traffic and parking regulations.

Reservation holder: The person who made the reservation must personally stay at the property throughout the entire booking period. Third-party reservations are not accepted.

Cleaning: Please leave the apartment in a condition similar to that at check-in. Standard final cleaning is included in the reservation. Excessive cleaning, additional sanitation or repairs required due to improper use may result in charges based on necessary and documented costs.

Check-out: Departure must be completed by 11 AM. Staying beyond this time requires advance confirmation of availability and booking an additional night. Hourly late check-out is not offered.
