Fully equipped loft at Seasons BC, in Balneário Camboriú, 600 m from Praia Brava and close to the FG Big Wheel in Barra Norte. Accommodates up to 4 guests, with double bed and sofa bed, Wi-Fi, 2 air conditioners, rotating Smart TV, functional kitchen, self check-in, parking and a large garden-style balcony. Pet friendly unit, ideal for guests traveling with animals, in a quiet area near markets, cafés and services.

The kitchen is equipped for practical daily use, including a mini refrigerator, microwave, electric cooktop, grill toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, pitcher, plates, mugs, kitchen utensils and basic cleaning items. The bathroom includes towels, a hair dryer and amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. The apartment also includes an iron and a clothes drying rack. Additional services, such as cleaning during the stay, may be available upon request. During the low season, from May to November, the balcony may not have outdoor furniture.

Apt 04 offers approximately 60 m² in total, including both the apartment and the balcony, and has been designed to provide a practical, comfortable and well-organized experience. The integrated layout connects the bedroom, living area, dining area and kitchen into a single functional space, while keeping the bathroom separate for added convenience. The large glass window brings in excellent natural light and enhances the sense of space, creating a bright and welcoming environment, while the large garden-style balcony further expands the living area and provides an additional space to relax. The rotating Smart TV can be used from both the bed and sofa area, while the air conditioning ensures comfort in any season, making the space suitable for different guest profiles, and it is also a pet friendly unit, ideal for those traveling with animals.
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire unit, including the private balcony. Check-in is completed autonomously through coded entry to both the building and the apartment, ensuring convenience from arrival. Guests may also use the shared areas of Seasons BC, including parking, circulation corridors, a shared laundry room with washing and drying machines and a terrace with a clothesline area, within a well-organized environment designed for hosting.
Interaction with the Undécimo° team is practical and flexible, always respecting guests’ privacy. Check-in is completed independently using a door code, ensuring convenience from the moment of arrival. Throughout the stay, we remain available for support, guidance or any needs whenever requested. Communication is quick and direct, providing a smooth, safe and well-supported experience from start to finish.

To ensure a smooth and well-organized stay, we kindly ask guests to observe a few guidelines. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Parties or events are not permitted. The number of guests must comply with the reservation limit, and it is not allowed to exceed the maximum capacity or host unregistered visitors. The reservation holder must stay at the property, and bookings on behalf of third parties are not allowed.

Bed linens and towels must be used with care, and any damage or stains may be charged. The property should be returned in similar condition as at check-in, and additional cleaning may be charged if necessary. Basic cleaning is included in the reservation.

For longer stays, we offer monthly packages with special conditions and progressive discounts depending on the length of stay. For monthly bookings, electricity consumption is charged separately.

We encourage the separation of organic and recyclable waste during the stay.

Pets must not be left alone in the apartment for extended periods, in order to avoid discomfort, noise or potential damage to the property.
