To ensure a pleasant and well-organized stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. Overnight stays or visits that exceed the authorized occupancy are not permitted. All guests must be registered in advance. Parties, events, or activities that may disturb other guests or residents are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the private outdoor balcony area. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. We provide 1 set of bed linens and towels for up to 5 guests. All linens should be used with care. Damages, permanent stains, or replacement costs may result in additional charges. Pets are welcome upon prior approval. A pet fee may apply starting at R$150 per stay, limited to 1 pet per reservation. Whenever possible, we encourage guests to separate recyclable and organic waste during their stay. Waste disposal must be carried out using the service elevator only, according to condominium regulations. The reservation holder must stay at the property throughout the reservation period. Third-party reservations are not accepted. We kindly ask that the apartment be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Basic final cleaning is included in the reservation. Additional cleaning or situations requiring intensive cleaning may be charged separately when necessary. The check-out time and complimentary grace period of up to 1 hour must be respected. If guests wish to remain in the accommodation beyond the maximum check-out time, availability must be requested in advance and the reservation must be updated with an additional night's stay.
