The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests indicated in the reservation. Overnight stays or visits that exceed the authorized occupancy are not permitted. All guests must be registered in advance, and the reservation holder must stay at the property throughout the reservation period. Parties, events, or activities that may disturb other guests or residents are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Bed linens and towels are provided for up to 8 guests, corresponding to the property's 4 suites. All linens should be used with care. Damages, permanent stains, or replacement costs may result in additional charges. The garage is suitable for passenger vehicles and mid-sized SUVs. Large vehicles, such as Dodge Ram trucks and similar models, are not compatible with the parking space. The entrance gate has an approximate maximum height clearance of 1.89 m and a width of 2.10 m. We recommend verifying your vehicle's dimensions before arrival. The parking space accommodates vehicles up to approximately 4.80 m in length. To gain access to the condominium and apartment, it is mandatory to complete and sign the registration form and submit identification documents for all guests included in the reservation. Access will only be authorized by the building's reception after this procedure has been completed and validated. For reservations made in advance, we recommend submitting the completed registration form and all required documents up to 24 hours before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival process. Whenever possible, we encourage guests to separate recyclable and organic waste during their stay and dispose of them in the designated collection areas. According to condominium regulations, guests returning from the beach must use the service elevator. Beach chairs, tables, and other equipment must be cleaned in the designated area before returning to the apartment. We kindly ask that the property be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Basic final cleaning is included in the reservation. Additional cleaning or situations requiring intensive cleaning may be charged separately when necessary. The check-out time and complimentary grace period of up to 1 hour must be respected. If guests wish to remain in the accommodation beyond the maximum check-out time, availability must be requested in advance and the reservation must be updated with an additional night's stay. Hourly late check-out is not available. Internet access is provided as a courtesy. Temporary interruptions or service instability may occur due to provider outages, maintenance, or adverse weather conditions.
