To ensure a pleasant and well-organized stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 9 guests indicated in the reservation. Overnight stays or visits that exceed the authorized occupancy are not permitted. All guests must be registered in advance, and the reservation holder must stay at the property throughout the reservation period. Parties, events, or activities that may disturb other guests or residents are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor balcony area. Smoking inside the residence is not allowed. We provide one complete set of bed linens and towels for up to 6 guests, corresponding to the regular occupancy of the property's 3 suites. The apartment also includes extra mattresses and sleeping pads, stored in the storage bed of the suite with the hot tub, for guest use when needed. Additional bed and bath linens are not provided for guests using these extra mattresses and sleeping pads. All linens should be used with care. Damages, permanent stains, or replacement costs resulting from makeup, tanning products, dyes, beverages, or other substances may result in additional charges. Pets are welcome upon prior approval. A pet fee may apply starting at R$150 per stay, limited to 1 pet per reservation. Whenever possible, we encourage guests to separate recyclable and organic waste during their stay. Waste disposal must be carried out using the service elevator only, according to condominium regulations. The garage consists of a tandem parking space capable of accommodating 1 pickup truck or SUV and 1 mid-sized vehicle. The space is not suitable for two pickup trucks at the same time. To grant access to the property, completion of the registration form and submission of identification documents for all guests included in the reservation are mandatory. We kindly ask that the property be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Basic final cleaning is included in the reservation. Additional cleaning or situations requiring intensive cleaning may be charged separately when necessary. The check-out time and complimentary grace period of up to 1 hour must be respected. If guests wish to remain in the accommodation beyond the maximum check-out time, availability must be requested in advance and the reservation must be updated with an additional night's stay.
