To ensure a pleasant stay and proper use of the property, we kindly ask guests to observe a few guidelines. The number of guests must respect the maximum capacity of 8 people, with no more than 6 adults. All guests must be registered in advance, and the reservation holder must stay at the apartment. Overnight stays by visitors or anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted.Parties and events are not allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.Bed linen, towels and blankets are provided for up to 8 guests. All provided linens must be used with care. Damaged, stained or replacement items may be charged in full.Pets are accepted with prior approval. A pet fee starting from BRL 150.00 per stay may apply, limited to 1 pet per reservation.Whenever possible, we ask guests to separate organic and recyclable waste according to the local collection system.When returning from the beach, guests must use the service entrance. Beach chairs, tables and other items used at the beach must be washed in the designated area of the building before being taken back to the apartment.The garage includes 1 double tandem parking space with capacity for 2 vehicles, including standard size pickup trucks and medium sized vehicles.To authorize access to the property, completion of the guest registration form and submission of identification documents for all guests included in the reservation are mandatory.We ask that the apartment be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Basic final cleaning is included in the reservation. Additional charges may apply when more intensive cleaning or special sanitation is required.Early check-in may be available from 8:00 AM, subject to availability, and must be requested and reserved in advance. When available, an additional charge will apply proportionally to the daily rate for the corresponding arrival date.In person check-in is available until 8:00 PM. For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM, in person assistance may be available for an additional fee of BRL 150.00, payable upon arrival.Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
