The Itajaçú Building is an old building, therefore, the condominium does not recommend turning on the showers in all bathrooms simultaneously with the air conditioning and fans, to avoid the risk of power outages. CONDOMINIUM RULE. During high season, we warn you that there may be power outages and internet signal failures in the city, which is not the responsibility of the APT 401 host. No barbecue: DISABLED.

Both Rooms come equipped with a set of sheets, towels, amenities for up to 6 people. Damages, permanent stains, or replacement costs may result in additional charges. The apartment includes 1 private garage box intended exclusively for vehicle parking. The garage space may not be used to store beach chairs, luggage, or any other personal belongings. The building does not offer additional parking spaces for rent or intermediation. We encourage guests to separate recyclable and organic waste during their stay according to local guidelines. We also kindly ask that all trash generated during the stay be properly disposed of at check-out. The apartment is equipped with an electric grill for food preparation. According to condominium regulations, it must be used exclusively in the kitchen and always with water in the grill reservoir during operation. Use of the grill on the balcony, in outdoor areas, or in any other part of the apartment is not permitted. We kindly ask that the property be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Basic final cleaning is included in the reservation. Additional cleaning or situations requiring intensive cleaning may be charged separately when necessary. The check-out time and complimentary grace period of up to 1 hour must be respected. If guests wish to remain in the accommodation beyond the maximum check-out time, availability must be requested in advance and the reservation must be updated with an additional night's stay.
