Seasons BC is a building with nine flat style apartments, located in Praia dos Amores, between the northern waterfront of Balneário Camboriú and Praia Brava. The building is exclusively intended for short term accommodation and is managed by Undécimo°. Kitchen: cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, plates, pans and general utensils. Bathroom: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap.

Included items: bed linen, extra blankets and pillows, iron, hangers and drying rack.

Shared laundry: washing machine and dryer for common use in the building.

Optional services: cleaning during the stay can be requested from the team.

Monthly stays: electricity consumption is charged separately.

Apt 05 has 68 m² and was designed to offer a spacious, comfortable and well distributed experience. The space integrates the sleeping area, living room, dining area, kitchen and workspace into a single functional environment, with a private bathroom. The floor to ceiling windows provide excellent natural light and a pleasant sense of spaciousness, while the blackout curtains ensure greater privacy at night. The queen size bed, double sofa bed, Smart TV with streaming service and air conditioning complete the space.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire unit. Check-in is done autonomously through coded entry to both the building and the apartment, ensuring convenience from arrival. Guests may also use the shared areas of Seasons BC, including parking, circulation corridors, a shared laundry room with washing and drying machines, and a terrace with a clothesline area, all within a well-organized environment designed for hosting.

Interaction with the Undécimo° team is practical and flexible, always respecting the guests’ privacy. Check-in is completed independently using an access code, ensuring convenience from the moment of arrival. Throughout the stay, we remain available for support, guidance or any other needs, whenever requested. Communication is quick and direct, providing a smooth, safe and well-supported experience from beginning to end.

The number of guests must comply with the maximum occupancy indicated in the reservation. Overnight stays or visits that exceed the authorized occupancy are not permitted. All guests must be registered in advance, and the reservation holder must stay at the property throughout the reservation period. Third-party reservations are not accepted. Access to the property and apartment is granted after all guest documents have been submitted and approved. Bed linens, towels, and other items provided by the property should be used with care. Damages, permanent stains, or replacement costs may result in additional charges. We kindly ask that the apartment be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Basic final cleaning is included in the reservation. Additional or intensive cleaning services may be charged separately when necessary. The shared laundry area is available for guest use and should be used responsibly while respecting other guests. For longer stays, we offer monthly and long-term rental options with special conditions. For monthly rentals, electricity consumption is charged separately. Whenever possible, we encourage guests to separate recyclable and organic waste during their stay. The check-out time includes a complimentary grace period of up to 1 hour. If guests wish to remain in the accommodation beyond the maximum check-out time, availability must be requested in advance and the reservation must be updated with an additional night's stay.
