Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in the indoor common areas of the property. Parties, events, or activities that may disturb other guests or residents are not allowed. The number of guests must comply with the maximum occupancy indicated in the reservation. Overnight stays or visits that exceed the authorized occupancy are not permitted. All guests must be registered in advance, and the reservation holder must stay at the property throughout the reservation period. Third-party reservations are not accepted. Access to the property and apartment is granted after all guest documents have been submitted and approved. Bed linens, towels, and other items provided by the property should be used with care. Damages, permanent stains, or replacement costs may result in additional charges. We kindly ask that the apartment be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Basic final cleaning is included in the reservation. Additional or intensive cleaning services may be charged separately when necessary. The shared laundry area is available for guest use and should be used responsibly while respecting other guests. For longer stays, we offer monthly and long-term rental options with special conditions. For monthly rentals, electricity consumption is charged separately. Whenever possible, we encourage guests to separate recyclable and organic waste during their stay. The check-out time includes a complimentary grace period of up to 1 hour. If guests wish to remain in the accommodation beyond the maximum check-out time, availability must be requested in advance and the reservation must be updated with an additional night's stay.
