Beds: 1 queen size bed, 2 double beds and 2 single beds. For the single beds, the apartment provides an elastic bed joining topper and extra queen size linens, allowing them to be used separately or together during your stay.
Climate control: all bedrooms have air conditioning and blackout curtains.

Separate from the main living area, the TV room features a sofa, armchairs, TV and a door, providing an additional space to relax during your stay. There are 4 suites with air conditioning and blackout curtains. The oceanfront suite has a queen size bed, two suites have double beds, and the fourth is equipped with two single beds. In this suite, an elastic bed joining topper and extra queen size linens are available, allowing you to use the beds separately or together according to your preference during the stay. All 4 suites have private bathrooms, three with gas heated showers and one with an electric shower. The service area includes a washing machine and utility sink. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests.
During your stay, you will have full and exclusive access to Apartment 1401.
The condominium requires prior registration of all guests. Before your arrival, the Undécimo° team will send the necessary instructions and request the information required to authorize access.
Once registration has been completed, arrival at the apartment is self check in. Next to the apartment door, there is a lockbox with a code containing the apartment key. Access instructions and the lockbox code are provided before arrival.
When entering or leaving the building, access through the main entrance is controlled by the front desk. The garage gate is also opened through the building access control. The entrance is monitored 24 hours a day.
The apartment includes 1 private parking space for a standard size vehicle. Large pickup trucks and long vehicles do not fit in the space. For larger vehicles, paid parking is available next to the building, with no connection to the condominium.
The lobby, elevators, garage and other circulation areas are shared with residents and other building users.
Central Beach is directly in front of the building. Simply cross Avenida Atlântica to reach the beach.

The apartment is located in downtown Balneário Camboriú, directly across from Central Beach, in an area where much of the city can be explored on foot. Avenida Atlântica and the beachfront promenade are right in front of the building, ideal for walks along the coast, while Avenida Brasil, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, shops and everyday services are nearby. Madero burger restaurant is practically next door, and Passeio San Miguel is close by, offering several dining and leisure options. The location also provides easy access to Barra Sul, Oceanic Aquarium and Parque Unipraias, as well as other attractions around Balneário Camboriú. A convenient area for combining the beach, sightseeing, dining and city life during your stay

The location makes it easy to get around much of downtown and the beachfront area on foot, with ride hailing services, taxis and public transportation also available nearby. Avenida Atlântica has official BCBus Tarifa Zero stops, offering free public transportation to different areas of Balneário Camboriú.
Balneário Camboriú Bus Terminal is approximately 3 km from the accommodation, with intercity and interstate bus services.
For guests arriving by car, the main access to the city is via BR 101. The apartment includes 1 private parking space for a standard size vehicle. To ensure a pleasant and well-organized stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests indicated in the reservation. Overnight stays or visits that exceed the authorized occupancy are not permitted. All guests must be registered in advance, and the reservation holder must stay at the property throughout the reservation period. Parties, events, or activities that may disturb other guests or residents are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Bed linens and towels are provided for up to 8 guests, corresponding to the property's 4 suites. All linens should be used with care. Damages, permanent stains, or replacement costs may result in additional charges. The garage is suitable for passenger vehicles and mid-sized SUVs. Large vehicles, such as Dodge Ram trucks and similar models, are not compatible with the parking space. The entrance gate has an approximate maximum height clearance of 1.89 m and a width of 2.10 m. We recommend verifying your vehicle's dimensions before arrival. The parking space accommodates vehicles up to approximately 4.80 m in length. To gain access to the condominium and apartment, it is mandatory to complete and sign the registration form and submit identification documents for all guests included in the reservation. Access will only be authorized by the building's reception after this procedure has been completed and validated. For reservations made in advance, we recommend submitting the completed registration form and all required documents up to 24 hours before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival process. Whenever possible, we encourage guests to separate recyclable and organic waste during their stay and dispose of them in the designated collection areas. According to condominium regulations, guests returning from the beach must use the service elevator. Beach chairs, tables, and other equipment must be cleaned in the designated area before returning to the apartment. We kindly ask that the property be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Basic final cleaning is included in the reservation. Additional cleaning or situations requiring intensive cleaning may be charged separately when necessary. The check-out time and complimentary grace period of up to 1 hour must be respected. If guests wish to remain in the accommodation beyond the maximum check-out time, availability must be requested in advance and the reservation must be updated with an additional night's stay. Hourly late check-out is not available. Internet access is provided as a courtesy. Temporary interruptions or service instability may occur due to provider outages, maintenance, or adverse weather conditions.
