Well equipped kitchen, laundry area with washing machine and utility sink, air conditioning, Wi Fi and Smart TVs. Elevators, 2 covered parking spaces and room for up to 9 guests.
The apartment is located on the 12th floor of Green Gold.
Linens and bath items: the three queen beds are prepared with bed linens, bath towels and amenities for up to 6 guests. Extra blankets, comforters and a hair dryer are also provided. All linens are sanitized after every reservation.
Additional guests: 6 extra mattresses and sleeping mats are available without bed linens or bath towels. They are suitable for children or additional guests. For reservations with more than 6 people, guests must bring additional linens and towels for these sleeping arrangements.
Well equipped kitchen: air fryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, barbecue utensils and other items for preparing and serving meals.
Internet: Wi Fi is available throughout the apartment. A wired connection is available in the living room.
Televisions: Smart TVs are available in the living room, main suite and gourmet area. The living room TV also includes an HDTV device with access to several free channels.
Laundry: utility sink, washing machine, iron and drying rack.
Parking: 1 double parking space in tandem configuration, located on level G3, with room for 2 cars.
Pet: the apartment welcomes up to 1 small pet, provided it is included in the reservation.
Breakfast is not included.The Green Gold swimming pool is not available to short stay guests.

Apartment 1201 features spacious, well distributed interiors with excellent natural light and morning sun. The air conditioned social area includes a living room with a sofa, armchairs and Smart TV, a dining area with a table for 8, and a gourmet area with a charcoal barbecue, counter with stools, dining table and Smart TV. All three suites are air conditioned and feature a queen bed, wardrobe, blackout curtains and a full private bathroom with gas heated shower. The main suite also includes a double bathtub and Smart TV. The apartment also has an additional bathroom.
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to Apartment 1201. The access tags for the building and apartment, along with the garage remote control, may be delivered during an in-person check-in at a previously scheduled time, or collected from the Undécimo° office, as arranged after the reservation is confirmed.
For reservations confirmed on the same day, when the in-person check-in option is chosen, entry may be scheduled from 1 hour after confirmation. This time is required to prepare the registration form and organize the reception. The parking area is located on level G3 and includes 1 double tandem space with capacity for 2 cars. The lobby, elevators, garage and other circulation areas are shared with residents and other Green Gold users. The swimming pool and gym are not available to short-term rental guests.

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines.The number of guests must respect the maximum capacity of 9 people stated in the reservation. Overnight stays or visits resulting in occupancy above the authorized limit are not permitted. All guests must be registered in advance, and the reservation holder must stay and remain at the property throughout the entire stay.Parties, events, or activities that may disturb other residents or guests are not permitted. Smoking inside the residence is also prohibited.We provide 1 set of bed and bath linens for up to 6 guests, covering the standard occupancy of the property’s 3 suites. The apartment also includes extra mattresses and floor mattresses, stored in the storage bed in the suite with the bathtub, for use when necessary. Additional bed and bath linens are not provided for guests using these extra mattresses.The provided linens must be used with care. Damage, permanent stains, or replacement needs caused by makeup, tanning products, hair dye, beverages, or other products may be charged following an assessment.Pets are accepted with prior approval. A pet fee starting from BRL 150.00 per stay may apply, limited to 1 pet per reservation.Whenever possible, we kindly ask guests to separate organic and recyclable waste during their stay. Waste must be disposed of exclusively using the service elevator, in accordance with the condominium’s guidelines.The garage has a tandem double parking space, suitable for 1 pickup truck or SUV and 1 medium-sized vehicle. The space does not accommodate two pickup trucks at the same time.To authorize access to the property, completion of the registration form and submission of an identification document for every guest included in the reservation are mandatory.We kindly ask that the property be returned in conditions similar to those found at check-in. Standard final cleaning is included in the reservation. More intensive cleaning or situations requiring additional sanitation may be charged separately when necessary.In-person check-in ends at 6:00 PM. For arrivals between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, in-person assistance may be arranged for an additional fee of BRL 200.00, payable upon arrival.Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Should it be necessary to remain in the accommodation after this time, late check-out until 1:00 PM may be requested in advance, subject to availability, for an additional fee of BRL 250.00.
